Taking a Tour
We know that the best way to feel confident about your upcoming event or meeting is to see the venue in person. We welcome and encourage touring the space before (or after) you book! Book a tour below at your convenience, meet a team member, and get all your questions answered!
Food and drink are common additions to most events, meetings, and gatherings. You are welcome to use any catering service you'd like or bring goodies you've prepared at home. While we welcome any and all caterers, we highly recommend Hils Cooking. They have worked in all of our spaces and have an excellent track record with our customers. Neyborly, Inc. Delivery Policy
We understand that sometimes you need a little extra equipment for your ideal event! We want to make sure that we can work with you and all your vendors to allow your event to go off without a hitch. Neyborly, Inc. has the following drop off requirements:
$100 drop off and holding fee for any drop offs the day of, will increase by $25 a day.
14 day notice needed for any scheduled delivery
Delivery window of 2 hours
Remember to be courteous -- our venue is always in use! Imagine if your event was interrupted by a couch delivery (it’s happened!).
Neyborly, Inc. will turn away any unscheduled deliveries – so please make sure to let us know!
Neyborly, Inc. Day-of Details and Policies
Included in your booking hourly price is a member of our event support staff. They will arrive shortly before your rental begins and assist you in arranging the room in a layout you'd like and show you around the venue for setup and maintenance. If you've got quite the setup planned, make sure you book enough time and bring enough hands to get it all done! At the end of your event, please make sure to leave the space as you found it. We do all the deep-cleaning - all you need to do is make sure trash gets into bins and carry out anything you brought in! Changes or Cancellations
Life happens and plans change. We understand that and have created a refund/cancellation policy to help protect the Guest in the event that a Guest needs to alter or cancel the reservation altogether. When Guests cancel Bookings, Neyborly’s ability to re-book that Space during that time becomes increasingly difficult, as other interested Guests may have already made other plans.. Nonetheless, plans may change, requiring Guests or Neyborly to cancel Bookings on occasion. Here is a detailed look at our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
