Neyborly: Southwest Berkeley is 750 square feet of beautiful exposed timber, brick, and concrete that has been recently renovated. It's perfect for a company, team, or group that is looking for a comfortable, inspiring, and flexible environment to hold an off-site meeting or retreat. We have a large whiteboard, two large handcrafted redwood conference tables, and other tables and seating for up to 50 people.

 We've hosted many corporate off-sites and team-building days ranging in size from large national companies to small local businesses.

We're happy to accommodate your team and customize the space to fit your specific needs. The Creative Space features gorgeous handcrafted tables, fine art, and decor...all created by local Bay Area artists!

We provide a Bluetooth speaker system, wireless LED colored lighting that you can customize to your color scheme, a home cinema projector and wallscreen, smart locks, Amazon echo, and a high-end laptop. There are 14 outlets spread around the venue as well.

Neyborly Southwest is located in the West Berkeley neighborhood. West Berkeley is an up-and-coming part of the East Bay that is full of young families, artists, and technology companies. There is both private and street-parking available and best of all the venue is extremely accessible from the freeways and highways (right off I-80!).

Ground Rules

Only the host of the event may use the tenant-only private parking and only after 6 pm on weekdays and on weekends.

You are responsible for removing all items you bring into the space, including garbage and recycling. Basically, we operate a "leave no trace" policy. We will clean thoroughly before you rent so that is sparkling upon your arrival. We will take care of a full cleaning after the event, but ask that you remove anything you've brought in. You may bring in any food you like.

You may bring your own catering service as well. No live music or hard alcohol. You will be responsible for any significant damage done to the facilities or products in the space. Normal wear and tear, however, is not a problem.
